Together, Resonate and Pendle are embarking on an experimental journey to merge Resonate’s capabilities with Pendle’s infrastructure, igniting a transformative wave in fixed-yield opportunities.
At the heart of our collaboration lies a singular objective: to elevate Pendle’s fixed-yield offerings, side-stepping the associated downsides of selling yield-tokens into Automated Market Makers (AMMs).
By strategically locking Pendle Principal Tokens (PT tokens) off the market, we have established a foundation for stabilized PT token prices, establishing a resilient threshold that safeguards against downward price pressures. We further have allowed Pendle PT holders to realize this fixed rate immediately on their PT holdings, where Pendle’s normal mechanisms typically only allow for upfront yield to be realized through the sale of Yield Tokens (YT tokens).
As a result, Pendle users will be able to access an impressive 24.75% Upfront APR on rsETH Pendle Principal Tokens (PT), facilitated by Resonate. This enticing proposition serves as a powerful incentive for market participants to lock in Pendle PT tokens, bolstering asset stability and fostering confidence within the ecosystem.
To contextualize, a 24.75% APR signifies an exceptionally competitive rate among today’s market, promising investors substantial guaranteed returns, disbursed immediately. These upfront lump-sum returns offer versatility, empowering investors to allocate funds according to their preferences, be it reinvesting in Pendle tokens or exploring other avenues.
