Rekt Pepe Renaissance: How We’re Making Things Right

If you’ve been keeping up at Revest, you’ll know that we suffered an exploit back in March this year. Now that we’ve taken the steps needed to secure our ongoing operations, we can turn to those who were hardest hit by the exploit: EcoFi, RENA, and BLOCKS lost a combined $2 million during this attack on our systems.

We promised that we’d do everything we could to make those who were affected by the exploit whole, and today, we are announcing our plans to make good on that promise.

We are excited to announce Rekt Pepe Renaissance — an NFT collection which pokes fun at the many projects which have recently been rekt, exploitation or otherwise(including Revest, of course). Proceeds from the NFT mint will benefit the affected communities to compensate them for losses suffered. The date of the mint will be announced soon!

In collaboration with BLOCKS DAO, we are also excited to announce that all NFTs in this collection will be Verified by BLOCKS to ensure metadata immutability and authenticity.

We are grateful to all of you, whether you’re from one of the affected communities or from the Revest community, for sticking by us and having faith in us while we worked on this project.
