Corporate Background:

Jeannice’s career began as a Product Manager at Citigroup, where she managed a dual-currency interest rate product. She then worked as a Treasury Specialist at ABN AMRO, continuing to gain invaluable experience in the financial sector. Her journey led her to pursue multiple roles at the global financial giant Banco Santander, including Fixed Income Syndication, Latam FX and Rates Trading, and Global Banking & Markets. Her tenure at Banco Santander provided her with extremely valuable real-world experience in interest rate products. Jeannice later joined McKinsey & Company as a consultant in their Corporate Finance practice, where she performed valuations and drove benchmarking analyses for both U.S. and international clients. Finally, she initiated her pivot into the world of decentralized finance. Before joining us, Jeannice served as a Partner and Portfolio Lead at Centrifuge. Her leadership at Centrifuge was instrumental in securing a significant deal with MakerDAO, underscoring her strategic vision and ability to drive successful partnerships in the DeFi space.

Academic Background:

Jeannice Tse’s educational journey is marked by excellence. She holds a Bachelor’s degree with First Class Honors in Accounting from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, where her leadership and academic achievements were recognized with a full scholarship. Continuing her quest for knowledge, Jeannice pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Chicago, with concentrations in Finance, Economics, and International Business. Her academic prowess earned her the prestigious J.P. Morgan Chase Fellowship and a place on the Dean’s Honor List.
